By using runthepavilion.com ("Run The Pavilion", "we", "our", or "us"), you're agreeing to be bound by the following Terms of Service. If you don't agree to these Terms, don't use Run The Pavilion.

Run The Pavilion is operated by Gani Software Pty Ltd, the legal entity responsible for providing the service.

We're constantly iterating on our service, so these Terms may change over time. If the changes are significant, we'll let you know via email or within the app.

Account Terms

• You must be a human. Accounts registered by "bots" or other automated methods are not permitted.
• You must provide a valid email address and other information requested in order to complete the signup process.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. Run The Pavilion cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this obligation.
• You're responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must be at least 13 years old to use Run The Pavilion.

Use Restrictions

You agree not to use Run The Pavilion for any purpose that's unlawful or prohibited by these Terms. You must not:

• Abuse, harass, threaten, or impersonate other users.
• Use the platform to publish or distribute spam, scams, or malware.
• Exploit bugs, glitches, or game mechanics in a way that undermines fair play.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service.

Payment, Refunds, and Plan Changes

• If you subscribe to a paid plan, you'll be billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually).
• Refunds are generally not provided, though we may consider exceptions on a case-by-case basis.
• If you upgrade or downgrade your plan, the new rate will take effect immediately or at the start of your next billing cycle.
• Downgrading may cause loss of features. Run The Pavilion does not accept liability for such loss.

Cancellation and Termination

• You're solely responsible for properly canceling your account. An email or in-app message is not considered cancellation.
• You can cancel your account at any time by going to your account settings.
• If you cancel, your game data may be deleted from our servers after 30 days.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms at our sole discretion.

Modifications to the Service and Prices

• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service (or any part of it) at any time with or without notice.
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice.

Uptime, Security, and Privacy

• We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime and take security seriously, including encryption and backups.
• Your privacy is important to us. Please read our Privacy Policy to understand how we handle your data.

Game Data and Content

• Game data (teams, players, match results, etc.) is generated and stored as part of the service.
• We do not claim ownership of your in-game decisions or strategies, but all game assets, mechanics, and systems are the intellectual property of Run The Pavilion.
• We reserve the right to modify game mechanics, player attributes, and other in-game elements as part of ongoing development and balancing.

Features and Beta Access

• We may offer new features as betas. These may be experimental and may change or be discontinued without notice.
• Use of beta features is at your own risk.

Liability Limitation

• You expressly understand and agree that Run The Pavilion shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.
